Wake gently. No alarms, no rush. Head into town for coffee at KV Coffee and sourdough from Mon at The General Café, always worth the short trip. Back at Rea Rea, the day is yours. Spend the day slowly prepping for your feast together between restorative saunas, swims and spas; or simply do nothing at all — naps in the sun or by the fire are just as healing. As night falls, the fire is lit again. Dinner is shared, stories are swapped, and the kind of conversations you didn’t know you needed, rise to the surface. You go to bed full, of food, of feeling, of friendship.

Sunday: Nourishment & Renewal

Start the day with a breakfast BBQ and strong coffee on the deck. Someone’s reading, someone’s stretching, someone’s still wrapped in a robe soaking in the view. There’s no urgency here. Just sunlight, stillness, and the quiet buzz of energy returning. You leave not just rested, but recharged, ready to re-enter your life with a full heart and a clear mind.
