Caterina, led by chef Katrina Endean, celebrates produce from the Valley, the Highlands and the South Coast in thoughtful, flavour-forward dishes. The Valley Table offers wholesome, homemade family meals, featuring locally grown produce and ethically sourced, free-range meats.
